Every Sunanda vehicle carries a one-year warranty on the motor, controller and charger from the date of delivery. Lithium batteries carry a separate three-year pro-rata warranty; lead-acid batteries follow the cell maker’s terms.
Warranty work is carried out at any Sunanda showroom. Keep your delivery invoice — it is the warranty document.
Our scooters cover 60–110 km on a full charge and the e-rickshaws 100–125 km, depending on the model, load and riding conditions. The exact figure for each vehicle is on its product page.

Low-speed models limited to 25 km/h need no licence and no registration. High-speed scooters and all e-rickshaws need a valid driving licence and registration.
